She studied classical piano with the Royal<br>Conservatory of Music, from September 1990 until May 2001.<br>When she graduated from High School she decided to make<br>music her life! She accompanied for choirs, instrumentalists,<br>vocal soloists, music festivals, and community theatre. She<br>studied Piano Performance at the University of Lethbridge and<br>gained a greater appreciation for classical music, jazz, opera,<br>and especially musical theatre. In 2016 Carrie moved to Utah to<br>pursue a degree in music composition at Salt Lake Community<br>College. She graduated in 2018 and continues to work at the<br>college, accompanying the SLCC Concert and Chamber Choirs as<br>well as the Institute Choirs. She loves writing music, playing<br>music, singing music, and teaching music, and in the summer<br>she enjoys playing the piano for Utah\u2019s amazing musical theatre<br>shows!
